Alternative yeast suggestion: for fermentation at 7.8° to 12.2° Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager Yeast, for fermentation at 14.5° to 20° Wyeast 2113 California Lager Yeast.

Midnight Black Irish Stout 1048 OG. Colour: 140 to 200 EBC. Bitterness: 30 to 35 EBU. Full-bodied bitter/sweet stout with smoky, liquorice notes, carefully balanced malt & hop flavours & aromatics. Alternative yeast suggestion: Wyeast 1084 Irish Ale Yeast.
