Keg lagers and keg bitters can be served immediately, they do not require time for settling, however, they do require a cooler, connector, regulator and CO2 gas to dispense.

Our Tropikool cooler, designed for ease of installation and operation, allows fast cooling without the need for water/ice baths and agitator motors. Each Tropikool cooler incorporates two taps, to dispense two different beers at the same time, alternatively, the same beer can be served twice as quickly. The Brewer's craftsmanship deserves much consideration.

The skills in combining a variety of malts with the blending of hops, to give each beer its character and charm, demands our respect and admiration. Allowed to mature, it gains a fuller, fresher taste with various dimensions of flavour, often reflecting the region of its origin.

Available in Polypins (34 pints) and Firkins (72 pints), Real Ale, is a naturally-conditioned beer containing yeast sediment and, occasionally, hop flowers when dry hopped. The beer should stand for 12-24 hours before serving, to settle and clear. Alternatively, we can rack the beer bright, if access or time is limited.

Polypins

The beer is contained in a collapsible bag within a ridged cardboard box. These containers are easy to handle, suitable indoors or out and maintain the quality of the beer for up to 2 weeks if kept cool, around 55 F.

Firkins

We supply tap, hard and soft peg, instructions and optional insulating jacket with Filton Ice Blanket with each cask. Ideally, the beer should settle before tapping, and then another 24 hours before serving. Again the beer can be racked bright into two polypins if required.
